A new wave of authentic italian cuisine has hit the scene in Minneapolis, MN. With their italian roots, Eric and Vanessa Carrara were determined to bring a taste of Italy right to our doorstep. Within 6 months after opening Italian Eatery, better known as "i.e.", became known as one of the Top 5 Italian Restaurants in the Twin Cities.
